Happy 4th of July

I just realized that I never made a post about Jaylee's BIG birthday celebration. Since it is one of my favorite holidays, it was an easy birthday party to plan. She is a true FIRECRACKER!

Jaylee's favorite birthday present. A chair painted by her cousin, Matt Hamel. It is absolutely amazing! Thanks Matt!

She wasn't quite sure what to do with the candle.

But Daddy showed her how to do it!

She LOVED every minute of it!

Taylor & Jaxon had fun playing tag!

As you can see, Jeter LOVES the wildcats!

Oh what a little movie star!

Fun @ the Lake

This past weekend we made a trip to the Lake. This would be Jaxon & Jaylee's first trip and mom's first trip with kids. We all had a blast! Thanks Sara & family forallowing us to join in the fun! The kids LOVED the water and all the boat rides.

Jaxon & Jaylee thought the boat was their own little playground. Always on the move.

Jaxon was a little nervous at first but then he didn't want to get out!

Jaylee enjoyed all the attention!

There are no excuses for the lack of posts in the last nine months. So, I will do my best to do a recap of our crazy lives.

On Dec. 26, 2008, Jaylee got her ears pierced. She was such a big girl. She only cried for a couple of seconds.

In December, Jaxon mastered climbing onto the couch. He was so proud of himself!

In January, we discovered that Jaylee loves lemons! Jaxon also got his 1st haircut.

Then Jeter Charles Adams was born to Aunt Leanie (jolene)!

By February, Jaylee was on the move. There was no stopping her now!

Despite the snow storm, Jaxon turned 2! We celebrated with the family who could make the travel! It was a good time had by all!

As you can see, the kids are spoiled. This is what our living room looks like everyday, not just at birthday parties!

In April, the kids and I made a trip to Oklahoma to see the cousins. Aren't they cute together? We are short one. Jeter was unable to make the trip because we didn't have room for his carseat. Next time!

Well, I hope everyone has enjoyed my much needed update! Hopefully, I can schedule the blog into our everyday routine so that family and friends can share in my joy of being a mom!
